You do not need to pay us for our Consultation/Investigation. We provide these services free of cost. In certain cases if additional documentation or third party assistance is required charges maybe implied and this will also not be more then €230 .
NO ! We do not charge any kind of fee or percentage upon successful recovery. Neither we have any kind of hidden fee or hidden charges. The reason behind it is that we receive bonus tokens in each and every single successful recovery from the respective network which is not paid by our member. 
If all the required material is successfully provided by the member without any mistake then the standard time of investigation is  3-4 business days.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as an average time for a recovery as each case varies at its complication and the cooperation from the member and their respective Crypto Exchange.
